Mr. Jason Collins
Founder
Jason R. Collins is the founder of Collins Law, PLLC and a dedicated attorney with more than 20 years of representing clients at every level of the Virginia court system and beyond. Through this representation he has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of a multitude of matters. He is committed to developing comprehensive paths forward, working with his clients to ensure they are informed and understand the various approaches throughout their representation. By focusing on his clients' needs and expectations, Jason can zealously advocate for the best interests of his clients. Jason's extensive experience and compassionate approach make him a trusted advisor for clients in a multitude of situations, truly embodying a true attorney and counsellor at law to generations of clients throughout Northern Virginia.

​Jason was recognized in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 as a Rising Star in General Litigation by Virginia SuperLawyers, a peer-nominated award. He has also selected as one of Loudoun County’s Top 40 Under 40, and recognized as Best Lawyer in Loudoun County, Virginia in the Leesburg Today “Best of Loudoun” poll in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Family and community involvement are of great importance to Jason. Originally from New England, he resides in Loudoun County with his wife and five children and is active within the community in positions that have included the Loudoun County Salvation Army Board of Community Advisors, the Leesburg Business Forum, and local youth sports organizations. Mr. Collins served many years on the Board of Directors of the Ashburn Girls Softball League and he is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Arc of Loudoun.
